Eggless Dairy Milk Brownies

Easy to make Eggless Dairy Milk Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Maida/All-Purpose Flour
- 1 cup Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 cups Sugar
- 1 and 1/2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1 cup Milk
- 1 cup Oil
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1/2 cup Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 cup Dairy Milk Chocolate
Steps:
- Preheat the oven to 180°C
- Prepare a square baking dish/tray and put butter paper so that the whole tray of brownies can easily be lifted out.
- Add maida/all-purpose flour and cocoa powder into a mixing bowl. Add in the sugar, baking powder, and mix together.
- Add milk, oil and vanilla extract to the mixing bowl and mix into a thick batter.
- Then add the chocolate chips and dairy milk chocolate and mix in.
- Transfer the batter to your prepared baking dish and smooth down with the back of a spoon.
- Bake for 30 - 40 minutes.
- Let them cool for 15 minutes and then lift the whole tray of brownies out.
- Place it onto a wire cooling rack and let the brownies cool completely before cutting. If they’re still warm when you cut them, they’re harder to cut and more breakable.
- Cut the brownies into perfect squares.
