Eggless Dairy Milk Cookies

Ingredients:

  • 2/3 cup vegetable oil
  • 2/3 cup granulated sugar
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla essence 
  • 2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour (maida)
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • dairy milk chocolate
  • 1 1/2 cups chocolate chips


Steps:

  1. In a large bowl, mix oil, granulated sugar and melted dairy milk until well mixed. 
  2. Stir in milk and vanilla essence.
  3. Stir in flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt until dough forms. 
  4. Stir in chocolate chips.
  5. Keep the dough in the fridge for at least half an hour or an hour.
  6. Drop dough by slightly rounded tablespoonfuls 2 inches apart onto an ungreased butter paper.
  7. Heat oven to 180°C. Bake 11 to 14 minutes or until edges are light brown and tops look set. 
  8. Cool 1 minute on butter paper.
  9. Enjoy! And store in a tightly covered container.
