Santa Barbara (1984–1993)




Santa Barbara is an American television soap opera that ran from July 30, 1984, to January 15, 1993. In Santa Barbara, California, the fascinating and tumultuous life of the rich Capwell's around who gravitate, other families, from the Lockridges, the rival family, to the Andrades or the Perkins, more modest families but which destinies know the same torments.


The Wonder Years (1988-1993)




With a dry sense of humour and the insight one gains with maturity, a grown-up Kevin provides funny commentary on himself as a young boy trying to cope with the bizarre world of a teenager. The series depicts the social and family life of a boy in a typical American suburban middle-class family from 1968 to 1973, covering the ages of 12 through 17. Each year in the series takes place exactly 20 years before airing (1988 to 1993). The show's plot centres on Kevin Arnold, son of Jack and Norma Arnold. Kevin's father holds a management job at NORCOM, a defence contractor, while his mother is a housewife. Kevin also has an older brother, Wayne, and an older sister, Karen. Two of Kevin's friends and neighbours are prominently featured throughout the series: his best friend, Paul Pfeiffer, and his crush-turned-girlfriend Gwendolyn "Winnie" Cooper. Storylines are told through Kevin's reflections as an adult in his mid-30s.

Full House (1987-1995)




This is a story about sports-broadcaster-turned-morning-talk-show-host Danny Tanner and his three little girls, D.J. (Donna Jo), Stephanie, and Michelle Tanner. Before the show begins, Danny Tanner's wife is killed by a drunk driver, so he needs help raising his daughters. He asks his rock-musician brother-in-law Jesse Katsopolis and his comedian best friend Joey Gladstone to move in with them. As the show goes on, Jesse marries Rebecca Donaldson, Danny's talk-show co-host, and they have twin sons, Nicholas Katsopolis.

Small Wonder (1985-1989)




The zany adventures of a suburban family, their next-door neighbours, and an innovative robot designed to look like a human child. Small Wonder is an American comedy science fiction sitcom that aired in first-run syndication from September 7, 1985, to May 20, 1989. The show chronicles the family of a robotics engineer who secretly creates a robot modelled after a human girl, then tries to pass it off as their adopted daughter, Vicki.

3rd Rock From The Sun (1996-2001)




Four extraterrestrials who are on an expedition to Earth, taken on human form in order to observe the behaviour of human beings. The fun begins when they try to live as a normal human family. To avoid detection, they have taken on human form, which gives them human emotions, physical needs, et cetera, without the understanding of what they mean nor the inhibitions normally present in humans. Their leader takes the position of a college professor, their military expert as his sister, their intelligence expert, supposedly the oldest of the group, takes the form of his teenage son. The uninhibited reactions turn everyday events into unusual situations.


Xfiles (1993-2018)




Conspiracy theorist Fox Mulder and realist Dana Scully work in an unassigned detail of the bureau called the X-Files, pull out all the stops as FBI special agents to investigate and get to the bottom of inexplicable paranormal cases. Mulder, a true believer, and Scully, a sceptic, perceive their cases from standpoints of science and the paranormal.


Fresh Prince Of Bel-Air (1990-1996)



A streetwise, poor young man from Philadelphia is sent by his mother to live with his aunt, uncle and cousins in their Bel-Air mansion, everybody is in for a surprise. Will often has fun at the expense of stuck-up cousins Carlton and Hilary. It is funny how influence can go both ways. Will Smith more or less plays himself in this good-natured sitcom.

The Nanny (1993-1999)




The Nanny is an American sitcom television series which originally aired from November 3, 1993, to June 23, 1999. When she appears on the doorstep of wealthy widower Maxwell Sheffield's New York home, cosmetics saleswoman Fran Fine unexpectedly gets a job as the nanny for the Broadway producer's three children, Maggie, Brighton and Grace. Fran brings her no-nonsense honesty, sharp sense of humour and `Queens logic' into the Sheffield household, helping them become a happy, healthy family - a family that Fran eventually joins when she marries Maxwell. Also in the Sheffield household is sarcastic English butler Niles.

Beverly Hills 90210 (1990-2000)




The show follows the lives and loves of a group of teenagers living in star-studded Beverly Hills. The kids become friends and enemies, fall in and out of love, and go through an endless series of crises as this small group somehow becomes personally involved in every newsworthy social issue It also addresses current-day issues like date rape, drug abuse, suicide, AIDS and teenage pregnancy.

Mad About You (1992-1999)




It initially aired from September 1992 to May 24, 1999. Paul and Jamie help Mabel deal with the fallout after a school experiment goes awry; Jamie stumbles upon an unconventional way that Tonya can help Donovan overcome his sleepless nights. Mad About You is conceived as a genially poky, insistently talky sitcom, a series about the little things in life. In Mad‘s debut episode, a major plot point was whether the couple should leave a window open in their apartment for the dog while Paul and Jamie were at work; in a recent show, the couple is paralyzed when they can’t decide whether to spend a Sunday afternoon at a Belgian film festival or an Amish quilt exhibit.

Married With Children (1987-1997)



Married with children focused on the Bundys, a suburban Chicago family who would rather eat nails than say a kind word to one another. Al, the patriarch, is a misogynistic shoe salesman, whose wife, Peggy, is a housewife who does no work around the house. Saying their children, Kelly and Bud, do not have a lot going for them is an understatement. This biting comedy focuses on the couple's constant verbal sparring over their slacker kids, their lack of money, success and intimacy.


Pride And Prejudice (1995-1995)




Jane Austen's classic novel about the prejudice that occurred between the 19th-century classes and the pride which would keep lovers apart. Elizabeth Bennett is a strong-willed yet sensible young woman. At a local ball, she encounters a wealthy young man, Mr Fitzwilliam Darcy, who is arrogant, and they develop an unusual relationship.


ALF (1986-1990)




ALF is an American sitcom television series that aired from September 22, 1986, to March 24, 1990. The title character is Gordon Shumway, a sarcastic, friendly extraterrestrial nicknamed ALF (an acronym for Alien Life Form). When a weird creature, who loves eating cats, crash-lands into the Terran family's garage, they treat him as a guest and allow him to live with them as he comments on the stupidity of mankind.


The Bold And The Beautiful (1987)




The Bold and the Beautiful (often referred to as B&B) is an American television soap opera. The fashion industry is ruled by the Forrester family in Beverly Hills. But behind the glitz and glamour, the Forresters encounter many hardships, including divorces, alcoholism, and deaths.

Last but not the least, one of the most famous show even now. Friends is an American sitcom television series, which aired from September 22, 1994, to May 6, 2004, lasting ten seasons. the show revolves around six friends in their 20s and 30s as they indulge in adventures which make their lives both troublesome and happening. who live in Manhattan, New York City.
