Chocolate Cupcake Eggless

Bored during quarantine and craving something sweet? let me guide you to make the best and easiest cupcake!

I actually made these cupcakes for my cousin's 13th birthday.

I'm finding baking really relaxing these days, can proudly call myself an amateur baker now, quarantine made me do it. Hopefully, it will work out for you too!

Here is what you all need

Ingredients:

  • All-purpose flour
  • chocolate chip/chocolate
  • sugar/brown sugar
  • vinegar
  • butter
  • milk
  • cocoa powder
  • vanilla essence
  • oil
  • baking soda

Steps:

  1. Take a large bowl, and put 1.5 cups all-purpose flour and 1/2 cup of cocoa powder
  2. Add 1 cup of sugar and 1 teaspoon of baking soda, and stir it.
  3. Add 1 cup milk and then add 1 tablespoon vinegar to it. Let it sit for 5-10 minutes.
  4. Melt some chocolate, preferably dairy milk and add 2-3 tablespoon in the mix
  5. Add 1/2 cup vegetable oil, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract to the milk-vinegar liquid. Stir to combine it.
  6. Add the wet ingredients to dry, mix till the ingredients are just combined.
  7. Fill the prepared cupcake liners, full with the cupcake batter.
  8. Bake at 180c for 15-17 minutes, and use a toothpick to check it, if the inserted toothpick comes out clean then you're done!
  9. Remove from oven, and let the cupcakes cool completely.
  10. Melt 1/2 cup salted butter and whip it till its creamy
  11. Add 2 cups powdered sugar, 1/4 cup cocoa powder, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract and 2 tablespoons milk to the melted butter.
  12. Once all the ingredients are combined, Transfer frosting to a piping bag and frost the cooled cupcakes. If you don't have a piping bag like me, use a spoon and spread the mix on the cupcakes.
  13. Last but not least, put some sprinkles on top of the cupcakes, or you can use Gems/M&M/Smarties.

Enjoy!
